The studio checks the materials and emails when production starts. Keep supplied references to material you can authorize. We check studio-supplied tools, music and stock rights for the agreed online use. Your video will not be posted as a public portfolio sample without separate permission.

What does the $450 book promo video include?
One 8–10 second creative concept for one book, delivered as horizontal 16:9 and vertical 9:16 MP4 files, with readable title and author text, a purchase prompt, licensed music or a silent version, two same-brief revision rounds, and Darius F. Sanders’s final quality check. These are two layouts of one concept, not two different ads. Output is at least 720p: 1280×720 horizontal and 720×1280 vertical.
Can I order without buying a book-writing package?
Yes. Authors with an existing book can buy this standalone service. Supply your final cover, a short summary, exact title and author, creative direction, and a public purchase or book landing-page link. No consultation is required.
Is the video fully automated or human-made?
It is studio-produced using AI-assisted visual production and editing, followed by a personal check. It is not a fully human-animated film and payment does not trigger an unattended video generator. The studio checks the commercial-use terms of its tools and assets before delivery.
When will I receive it?
The first-proof target is seven business days after complete usable materials and the production-start email. Client feedback, missing files and separately approved extra work can extend the schedule. Send consolidated feedback within 14 days of each proof; ask if you need longer.
What is outside the flat price?
Voiceover, live filming, lip-synced dialogue, exact character or likeness replication, complex multi-scene animation, additional concepts, longer trailers, source project files, ad placement and advertising spend are excluded. Ask for a written scope before paying for these. No extra charge is made without your approval.
Can I use the video in paid advertising?
The delivered MP4 may be used on your author site, organic social posts and paid online ads within the supplied asset licenses. A license summary accompanies delivery. AI-only elements are not promised to be exclusive. You supply authorized book materials; platform approval, sales and return on ad spend are not guaranteed.
What if the brief cannot be fulfilled or I cancel?
A full refund is available before the production-start email, or if the studio declines before starting. After production starts, 50% is earned when the first proof is delivered and 100% when final files are delivered. Cancellation returns the unearned balance. Studio errors and failure to meet the agreed scope are corrected without consuming preference revisions. Nonwaivable consumer rights remain intact.
