What files are eligible for interior services?
English-language editable DOCX manuscripts or simple reflowable EPUB files, depending on the service, up to 50,000 words. Scans, DRM-protected files, fixed-layout books, and interiors with complex tables or equations need separate scoping.
Who performs the studio services?
Concepts use the studio's private ChatGPT subscription with no personal design review. When automatic concepts are available, verified payment is followed by a production email; work starts when that email is accepted for sending, not when you return from checkout. You may request a full refund before work starts, or receive a full refund if the studio declines before work starts. Exceptions have a studio review target of 24 hours from escalation, not a resolution guarantee. Availability is checked before automatic payment; temporary unavailability does not silently become a manual paid concept order. Human-checked services use professional production software and, where useful, ChatGPT tools, followed by Darius F. Sanders's own quality check.
