Three initial front-only visual concepts and up to two same-brief preference refinements for $49. No personal design review; not publication-ready or print-ready. Technical errors do not spend preference credits. When automatic concepts are available, verified payment is followed by a production email; work starts when that email is accepted for sending, not when you return from checkout. You may request a full refund before work starts, or receive a full refund if the studio declines before work starts. Exceptions have a studio review target of 24 hours from escalation, not a resolution guarantee. Availability is checked before automatic payment; temporary unavailability does not silently become a manual paid concept order.

Automatic v1 accepts text only. If you need references, request a separately scoped studio project before payment, or explicitly select the $299 human-finished service if its scope fits.

Paperback specifications

Use the KDP cover calculator. A spine area is required even without spine lettering. Unsupported printers, bindings, paper, trim, or page combinations stop fixed checkout: contact the studio.

Use the final even interior count, not the Word document count. Limits depend on trim, ink, and paper; checked before payment.

Do I need an ISBN or a barcode file?

Kindle ebooks do not need an ISBN. Most print books need an ISBN; eligible KDP paperbacks can use a free KDP ISBN, but low-content books are not eligible for that free option. You can supply the ISBN later if KDP is adding the barcode. No barcode file is needed when KDP adds it. We do not generate barcodes.
